Cheryl Walker has been in assisted living leadership for more than 25 years. She started in dining as a Certified Dietary Manager but soon found a passion and love for senior care. Cheryl was awarded the “Champion Award” for excellence in leadership by the Assisted Living Federation of America. Cheryl’s passion for advocating for the senior population is the reason she chose this field of work. Memory care has a very special place in Cheryl’s heart as she has a grandmother with dementia.
Cheryl and her husband, Chris, live in Portage County area and have two sons. They now enjoy time with their three grandchildren. Cheryl’s hobbies include reading and spending time with family.

Amy Arnold’s passion for helping others is evident by her 20 plus years working in various social service settings. She thrives when she knows that she has helped someone maintain their independence and improve their health and well-being. A believer in lifelong learning, Amy currently takes violin lessons and enjoys making music with friends. She and her partner Mike live in Kent with their fur baby, Miss Meow Meow Kittenkins.

Business Office Director
Tammy was born in Indiana and relocated to Rootstown, Ohio six years ago. She is happily married with two girls and two boys. Her passion is dedication to seniors and what they have to offer as life lessons. Tammy is thankful for the blessings she has been given.
Executive Culinary Director
Chef Mike has been in the culinary field for 10+ years and started serving at Hudson Grande four years ago. Mike started as Sous-Chef and since then has become Executive Culinary Director. He enjoys playing guitar in his freetime and loves serving at Hudson Grande.
Regional Housekeeping Director
Derek proudly served in the U.S. Army & has kept consistent with a strict regiment of triathlons, marathons, and ultra marathons. In Derek’s spare time his wife and he tend to his house full of dogs, cats, two horses, turkeys and chickens. Derek is beyond excited to be in the Hudson Grande Community and is always a smiling friend.
Resident Services Director
Katie is full of energetic positivity that rebounds into her home life where her husband and her raise two little girls. She has a special zeal for life and plans on always creating many fond memories at our community. Katie loves Hudson Grande and yearns to bring laughter and joy into the community.
Rob served in the US Navy and is a veteran of Desert Storm. Rob is a jack of all trades with his associates degree in HVACR. He got his start as an Engineering Supervisor at a resort in the Smoky mountains that helped prepare him to serve the community at Hudson Grande.
Rob spends his free time with his wife doing home renovation and working on their hobby farm complete with chickens, ducks, and a Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Piper.
